Tamara Jones (President) has extensive experience in the government & nonprofit sectors where she served in executive offices overseeing programs for Houston Mayor Bill White and Atlanta Mayor Shirley Franklin. She has held positions as Director of Programs at Southeast Energy Efficiency Alliance; Director of Programs at Southface Energy Institute; Director of Policy & Management Analysis in the City of Atlanta Department of Finance; and Chief of Staff for City of Houston Council Member Ada Edwards. She holds an M.A. in Political Science from Yale University and a B.A. in Political Science from Long Island University Brooklyn Campus. + Full Bio.
LaDawna D. Barnes (Vice President) brings experience in finance, human resources and operational management spanning the government, nonprofit and education sectors. Her expertise includes process improvement, change management, policy development, implementation strategies, performance metrics and financial policies. She has driven change by providing fiscal oversight, strategic planning, and program management to some of the most blighted and distressed communities and organizations in the Country. Ms. Reynolds holds a B.A. in Sociology with dual specializations in Criminology, Deviance and Law and Social Welfare, Organizations and Social Services from the University of Michigan and an M.P.A with a specialization in Governmental Administration from Kennesaw State University. + Full Bio

Through her work, she helps nonprofit organizations move beyond challenges and thrive by developing clear vision and strategy, equipping nonprofit leaders with the tools they need to help their organizations realize critical goals, and devising effective plans of action to generate resources and build awareness. Amisha has held leadership positions with organizations including Teach for America, Communities In Schools and The Adaptive Learning Center for Infants & Children.
